- Application form duly filled up and signed by the subscriber.
- Copy of the subscriber’s identity card.
- One time payment of 882 NKF.
Fixed CDMA Services
- Application to Eritel requesting for the service including the subscriber's address and care phone number.
- Application form duly filled up and signed by the subscriber.
- One Passport-size picture of the subscriber.
- Copy of the subscriber’s identity card.
- One time payment of 1102 NKF.
Mobile Prepaid Services
- Letter from Regional Administration.
- Registration of mobile device, you intend to use with the Prepaid Sim Card.
- One time Payment of 550 NKF.
- 1a. Tenancy contract of the house that the subscriber currently resides in.
- 1b. Copy of the subscriber’s identity card.
- 1c. Two Passport-size pictures of the subscriber.
- 1d. One time payment of 150 NKF.
ADSL Internet Services
Eritrean National
- Application to Eritel requesting for the service including the subscriber’s telephone number to be used for the ADSL service, subscriber’s address and the bandwidth (Upstream/Downstream) they intend to subscribe for.
- Copy of the subscriber’s last month’s paid telephone bill.
- Application form duly filled up and signed by the subscriber.
Resident Expats
- Application to Eritel requesting for the service including the subscriber’s telephone number to be used for the ADSL service, subscriber’s address and the bandwidth (Upstream/Downstream) they intend to subscribe for.
- Copy of the subscriber’s last month’s paid telephone bill.
- Application form duly filled up and signed by the subscriber.
- A supporting letter from the subscriber’s embassy.
- Tenancy contract of the house that the subscriber currently resides in.
Business Owner applying for the ADSL Internet Services
- Application to Eritel requesting for the service including the subscriber’s telephone number to be used for the ADSL service, subscriber’s address and the bandwidth (Upstream/Downstream) they intend to subscribe for.
- Application form duly filled up and signed by the subscriber.
- Copy of the subscriber’s business license.
ADSL SILVER
Eritrean National
- Application to Eritel requesting for the service including the subscriber’s telephone number to be used for the ADSL Silver service, subscriber’s address and the bandwidth (Upstream/Downstream) they intend to subscribe for.
- Copy of the subscriber’s last month’s paid telephone bill.
- Application form duly filled up and signed by the subscriber.
